Data Deletion Instructions
How to manage, disconnect, or request deletion of your data.
Blynk, the application managed by Auto-Entrepreneur Talel Rjiba, is committed to data privacy and Meta platform compliance. You can delete selected data yourself, disconnect Meta access, or request a complete eligible-data deletion.
1. Delete catalogue and business content in the portal
To remove product or service data without cancelling your subscription, sign in to the Blynk portal and delete the relevant catalogue entries. You may also update business preferences and configuration where portal editing is available. These changes are reflected in our managed systems and private database.
2. Remove Meta/Facebook/Instagram access
You may remove Blynk from your Facebook or Instagram business integrations inside your Meta account settings. After removal, Blynk will no longer be able to use the connected page access token. You may then contact us to request deletion of stored operational data related to that connection.
3. Request account cancellation and full eligible-data deletion
Email support@blynk.com with the subject “Account Cancellation” or “Data Deletion Request”. Include your registered email, business name, connected Page or Instagram account name, and whether you want to cancel the subscription, delete eligible data, or both. We will confirm the request, disable the subscription where requested, disconnect active automation where applicable, and delete eligible stored data.
4. What is deleted when eligible
Eligible deletion may include connected page/account identifiers, page tokens, conversation transcripts, handoff/escalation records, AI pause state, business preferences, catalogue entries, custom fields, support ticket content where legally deletable, order/analytics records, and onboarding data that is not required for compliance or accounting.
5. Automated deletion after subscription end
After your subscription expires or is cancelled, operational Meta/conversation/business data is scheduled for deletion after a one (1) week grace period. This grace period allows you to renew without losing setup and historical insights.
6. Records that may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, audit, or compliance purposes. Deleted data may also remain in encrypted backups until normal backup rotation completes and will not be restored except for disaster recovery or security purposes.
7. Response timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within seven (7) days and complete eligible deletion within thirty (30) days, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, payment/accounting obligations, or technical backup rotation.
